May 28, 2026"Lovely. Always enjoy nandos! Great customer service 4*. When I came to the tills to ask for glasses and pay for drinks I was made to stand in a queue while cashier served a random person, who jumped in a queue before me? Why? She acknowledged I was there, but didn't say anything and continuedserving others! I felt a bit awkward after that! Nevertheless she was polite. Would have been 3*, but customer service was good so was the food and atmosphere."

May 26, 2026"I was out shopping in Wigan,so I decided to pop into Nando's Wigan. It's the very first time I've ever been to a Nando. Upon arrival, the staff were very welcoming and directed us to a nice table. The service from the staff was excellent there are all very polite and friendly young ladies. Regarding the food, it was better than I expected, although I thought my chicken burger was a little small for the cost of £9.75 it was tasty, though. Overall the food and service were very good and a nice relaxed atmosphere within the restaurant. I'd definitely recommend this Nando pop in if you fancy some chicken ."

May 12, 2026"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. The staff we warm and came across like they personally were interested in our experience rather than going through the motions. We've learnt to order drinks first sot he kids get the most of the bottomless offer, whilst we read menu. I really liked that this is now automatically the sugar free version: great to avoid pester power! All of us really enjoyed our mains which arrived quickly. The chips seems better than ever and the Fino pitta was great at a hot heat. After spending hours at ninja warrior we just had room for desserts with a pastel de nata which was as good as ever, a great cheesecake, manjo ice cream and one of the strawberry Slushes asking as a sorbet. We all had a brilliant day, despite the rugby result."

Apr 10, 2026"Wigan Nando’s is probably one of the best Nando’s I’ve been through the years. Staff are always friendly, in true Nando’s fashion get asked if the food is alright with a mouthful. Always a speedy service whether it’s eat in or takeaway, very clean and kept tidy. Also having an allergy it’s reassuring that the manager takes the order and the food prepared separately."
